Choosing a chalet for a large group

• Bedrooms: count the en-suite bedrooms and the beds that can be split. They make it easy to host couples, children and friends alike.
• Access to the slopes: ski-in ski-out in Belle Plagne or Plagne Village, or at the foot of the slopes in La Plagne 1800. With young children, being close to the ski school often matters most.

When to book a chalet for 15 in La Plagne

Large chalets are few and are booked first, especially for Christmas and the February half-term: book several months ahead. The winter season in the high-altitude villages runs from 12 December 2026 to 24 April 2027. Easter still offers good snow, gentler prices and quiet slopes.
