Chalet La Saulire: the grand house for 14
Our largest chalet in Courchevel: 360 m² over five levels, 150 metres from the slopes, the Grangettes gondola and the village centre. Around the central fireplace, the living area brings together a lounge, dining room, open kitchen and bar, with large windows onto the mountains. The six bedrooms (five en-suite doubles and a family room for four children) sleep 14 guests comfortably, everyone in a proper bed. Downstairs, the wellness area has a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a massage room and a gym, and a cinema room awaits for family evenings.

Chalet La Biche: chalet spirit in the village centre
Here you will love the traditional, warm décor, the fireside corner and the location: 160 metres from the slopes and lifts, 250 metres from the ski school. Across 200 m², five en-suite bedrooms offer 12 beds (8 adults and 4 children): the double rooms can be split into twin beds, and the family room has four beds. Downstairs, an indoor hot tub and a sauna.

Chalet Bois du Cerf: old wood and stone
Old wood, stone and natural materials make for a warm interior inspired by traditional chalets. It sleeps 7 to 12 guests in five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, including a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. The lounge is built around the fireplace, facing the peaks, and the wellness area has a hot tub, sauna and walk-in shower. In the sought-after Nogentil area, 50 metres from the Pralong lifts, Biollay is a true ski-in ski-out chalet, peaceful and private, with large terraces open to the Saint-Bon valley. It sleeps 8 adults and 2 children. A central fireplace brings together the lounge, library and dining room, and the wellness level is complete: indoor pool, hot tub, hammam, massage shower and massage room. A housekeeper is there every day for breakfast and upkeep. Worth knowing: the centre of Courchevel 1850 is 1.6 km away, a few minutes’ ride.

More than 500 m² in the heart of the authentic village of Le Praz, with views of the Dent du Villard. The chalet is 20 metres from the slopes (skiing out and back is possible depending on snow cover) and the village centre is a few minutes’ walk. The wellness area has a heated indoor pool, two saunas including a Norwegian sauna, a hammam, two Japanese baths, a massage room and a gym. A daily housekeeper and a shuttle to the slopes in winter complete the stay.

How to choose your chalet in Courchevel
- The village before the chalet. Courchevel 1850 for prestige and the calm of Nogentil, Courchevel Village for village life and the ski school on foot, Le Praz for its traditional charm and generous spaces.
- Beds, not just bedrooms. Look at the layout: double beds that split into twins, a family room with bunk beds. Biollay, for example, is designed for 8 adults and 2 children, La Biche for 8 adults and 4 children.
- Access to the slopes. Ski-in ski-out at Biollay (50 metres from the Pralong lifts) and Pralou (20 metres, skiing out and back depending on snow cover); at the foot of the slopes at La Saulire (150 metres), La Biche and Bois du Cerf (160 metres); 200 metres at Mayor and 300 metres at Goyen. With young children, the distance to the ski school often matters most.
- Wellness. Four of our chalets have an indoor pool: Biollay, Pralou, La Saulire and Mayor. La Biche, Bois du Cerf and Goyen offer a hot tub or sauna.
- Accessibility. A private lift at Goyen, an outdoor staircase at Bois du Cerf: ask us before booking if this matters to your group.
