Its location is one of its greatest assets. Situated just 20 meters from the slopes, with ski-in and ski-out access possible depending on snow conditions, Chalet Pralou offers privileged access to the ski area. The center of Le Praz village can be reached within a few minutes on foot, while the Le Praz gondola provides quick access to Courchevel 1850 and the entire Three Valleys ski domain. This rare combination of proximity to the slopes and authentic village life offers an experience that is both practical and exceptional.

Moments of relaxation take on a special dimension here thanks to the indoor swimming pool, two saunas, hammam, Japanese baths, and the fully equipped fitness area. After skiing, everyone can find their own rhythm between wellness moments, reading while facing the mountains, or convivial evenings by the fire.

The stay is enhanced by premium services including daily breakfast service, daily housekeeping, and a shuttle service to the slopes during the winter season. A housekeeper is present at the chalet for 4 hours each day to provide breakfast service and daily cleaning.

Level -1:

• A vast area entirely dedicated to wellness and relaxation featuring the indoor swimming pool, two saunas including a Norwegian sauna, a hammam, two Japanese baths, a massage room, as well as a fully equipped fitness room with treadmill, rowing machine, dumbbells, weight bench, and yoga area.
• This level also includes an entrance hall with cloakroom, a ski room with boot warmers, a laundry room, a garage, storage spaces, and a separate WC.

Ground floor:

• A double or twin bedroom with a separable double bed (180 x 200), dressing room, storage, and private terrace. En-suite bathroom with Italian shower, towel warmer, and separate toilet.
• A double or twin bedroom with a separable double bed (180 x 200), dressing room, storage, and private terrace. En-suite bathroom with Italian shower, towel warmer, and separate toilet.
• An elegant entrance hall with cloakroom, ski room, and boot warmers, as well as a separate WC, complete this level.

Level 1:

• A luxurious Master suite with a double bed (200 x 200), dressing room, storage, and safe. En-suite bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower, double vanity, and separate toilet.
• A double or twin bedroom with a separable double bed (180 x 200), dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet.
• A double bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet.
• A separate WC completes this sleeping floor designed as a true relaxation space.
