With its 400 m² spread over two levels, it offers a rare accommodation capacity: up to 19 guests (16 adults and 3 children), thanks to its 7 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with their private bathroom.

• 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200, with en-suite bathroom with bathtub (including 1 open onto the bedroom),
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, with en-suite shower,
• 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 (separable into 2 beds 90*200) and 1 child bed (80 x 190), with en-suite bathroom with bathtub,
• 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 (separable into 2 beds 90*200) + 1 child bed (80 x 190), with en-suite shower,
• A games room,
• 1 laundry with private washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor:

• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and 2 single beds (90 x 200) on mezzanine, with en-suite shower, with terrace with garden furniture (Mont Blanc view),
• 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 and 1 child bed (90 x 190) on mezzanine, with en-suite shower. Terrace with garden furniture (Mont Blanc view). This bedroom is fitted for people with reduced mobility,
• Lounge with sofa, fireplace (wood pellet), flat-screen TV,
• Fitted kitchen,
• Dining area with large table for up to 20 guests.
