Completed in 2024 in the residential Mussillon district, Chalet Lagopède is one of the most complete addresses in Méribel. Spread over more than 500 m² and four levels served by a lift, it combines a hotel-standard spa, a cinema room and a cathedral-ceilinged lounge of almost 120 m² under exposed beams. With its independent annex, it sleeps up to 21 guests: a rare find for large families and groups of friends in the French Alps.
Just 500 m from the centre of Méribel, Chalet Lagopède offers the calm of a residential area while remaining a few minutes from the shops, restaurants and the Chaudanne snow front, where the lifts of Les 3 Vallées and the ski schools meet. A chauffeur is at your disposal every day from 7am to 6pm to take you to the slopes and back.
On the top floor, the great living room is arranged around a four-sided central fireplace, with a table for fourteen, a billiard table, an open kitchen with a stone island and a 600-bottle wine cellar, opening onto a large south-facing terrace. On the ground floor, the wellness area brings together an indoor pool, a sauna lined with Himalayan salt bricks, a hammam, a Russian banya, a cold plunge bath and a gym. At the heart of Les 3 Vallées, the largest linked ski area in the world, Méribel gives direct access to Courchevel, Les Menuires and Val Thorens. The resort hosted the ice hockey events of the 1992 Olympic Games and the 2023 Alpine World Ski Championships, and has preserved the wood and stone architecture that gives it its charm.
Le Mussillon is a peaceful residential district, a few minutes from the centre of Méribel and its lively atmosphere. Below, the Chaudanne snow front is home to the main lift departures, the ski school meeting points and the Olympic Park, with its ice rink and swimming pool.
For non-skiers, the valley can be explored in other ways: snowshoe walks, dog sledding, paragliding, or simply a sunny terrace at the altiport.
