Located in the sought-after Plateau residential area, Chalet Gradonna offers a peaceful setting just minutes from the slopes and the centre of Méribel. Recently built, it stands out for its contemporary architecture, large bay windows and exceptional light, which fully showcase the views over the surrounding peaks.
Spread over 195 m², the chalet comfortably accommodates up to 12 people thanks to its five bedrooms and vast living spaces spread over several levels. Its layout allows everyone to enjoy convivial moments while preserving their privacy.
An elegant chalet designed for comfort
The interior harmoniously blends light wood, noble materials and contemporary décor designed by an interior architect. The vast living room set beneath the roof beams is the heart of the chalet. Opening onto a large south-west-facing balcony, it brings together the lounge, dining room, open-plan kitchen and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm atmosphere after a day in the mountains.
The five bedrooms offer an excellent level of comfort, including a beautiful master suite with balcony and dressing room. The home cinema room also lets you extend the evenings in a convivial atmosphere.

After skiing or a day of hiking, Chalet Gradonna invites you to relax in its wellness area, equipped with a hot tub, a sauna and an open shower.

Chalet Gradonna enjoys a prime location, making it easy to reach the slopes (450 metres), the ski lifts (500 metres) and the La Chaudanne ski school. A free shuttle stops just 50 metres from the chalet, making it easy to get around the whole resort.
Méribel occupies a central position within the 3 Valleys, the largest linked ski area in the world with over 600 kilometres of slopes connecting Courchevel, Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Méribel. By train, you arrive at Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains station, located approximately 30 minutes' transfer from the resort. From major French cities, allow approximately 5h20 from Paris, 3h20 from Lyon and 5h20 from Marseille.
By car, Méribel is easily accessible, with an estimated travel time of around 6h from Paris, 2h15 from Lyon and 4h30 from Marseille.
By plane, Geneva and Lyon international airports are the most convenient access points, with a transfer of approximately 2h15 to 2h30 to the resort.
