Brand new, Chalet Épicéa welcomes you in the heart of Les Saisies, in a contemporary alpine style. With 210 m² over three levels, seven bedrooms each with their own bathroom and room for 15 guests (12 adults and 3 children), it is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
Located in the centre of the resort, Chalet Épicéa is 300 m from the slopes (Chenavelle run) and 900 m from the La Légette chairlift and the ski school. A parking space completes the property.
Inside, the large open living area brings together an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a TV lounge, extended by a balcony. In the kitchen, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerated wine cellar and fondue set invite you to share good meals. A table football and board games liven up family evenings.
A ski room with boot warmers and a laundry room make daily life easier. On arrival, a welcome basket with champagne awaits you, the beds are made, and household and bath linen is provided, along with bathroom products and slippers.

Les Saisies is a family-friendly village resort in the Beaufortain, set at around 1,650 m in the French Alps. It belongs to the Espace Diamant ski area and hosted the cross-country skiing events of the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics.
Non-skiers enjoy the resort too: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and walks let you experience the mountains in a different way, in an unspoilt natural setting.
