In a calm and privileged setting, Chalet Brigues enjoys a spectacular view of the Dent du Villard and the Courchevel valley. Just 400 metres from the village centre, 500 metres from the Le Praz gondola and 20 metres from the Jean Blanc red run, it enjoys a particularly sought-after location. Depending on snow conditions, you can ski out and ski back to the immediate vicinity of the chalet. A private shuttle is available to reach the gondola if needed, which takes you to Courchevel 1850 in a few minutes.
Inside, light wood and natural stone combine with clean lines and soft-toned decor. Large picture windows open the spaces onto the landscape, while the central staircase links the different levels harmoniously. On the top floor, the spacious living area brings together two lounges, a dining room and an open kitchen around a central brazier-style fireplace. The terrace and balcony offer magnificent views of the mountains.

At an altitude of 1,300 metres, Courchevel Le Praz is one of the most authentic villages in the valley. Its narrow lanes, old Savoyard farmhouses and timber and stone chalets give it a preserved charm, far from the bustle of the high-altitude resorts. The village is also home to well-known restaurants, shops and a lake ringed by mountains.
Le Praz is a prime gateway to the 3 Valleys ski area, which combines 600 km of slopes and 328 runs across Courchevel, Méribel, Les Menuires and Val Thorens. From the Le Praz gondola, skiers quickly reach Courchevel 1850 and a wide variety of runs suited to all levels.
The village also appeals to non-skiers. Walks around the lake, gourmet restaurants and Courchevel's entertainment let you enjoy the mountains in a different way. Le Praz is also known for its ski jumps, built for the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics. In summer, hiking, mountain biking and outdoor activities take over from winter sports.
