Stay at Chalet Berlex

Located opposite the ski slopes in Montgenèvre, Chalet Berlex offers across 280m² over four levels all the comfort needed for an unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful French ski resorts. The chalet was fully renovated in 2017.

The bedrooms are on the two upper floors. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom with shower or balneo bathtub, plus a WC. You’ll find five double bedrooms, four equipped with twin beds that can be converted into double beds according to your preferences. The sixth bedroom is a dormitory with custom-built bunk beds in aged wood, designed by our craftsmen, plus a sofa bed.

Chalet Berlex offers a vast living space comprising a lounge, billiard room, dining room and kitchen. This 60m² room is widely open onto the outdoors and gives access to a full-west-facing balcony.

To relax, a relaxation area welcomes you with a cinema room and a leisure room equipped with foosball, darts and a dance floor. Moreover, this room gives access to a vast terrace with a swim spa heated all year round to 30°C for the pool and 37°C for the jacuzzi. Deckchairs are also available to enjoy the sun, plus a ping-pong table that is stored in winter when there’s too much snow, a barbecue and wooden tables offering breathtaking mountain views.

The chalet is ideally located 500 metres from shops and ski slopes, opposite the free shuttle stop that takes you directly to the snow front in winter.

The ski school is 600 metres from the chalet. Experienced skiers, off-piste enthusiasts through the firs, can even ski back to the chalet.

Chalet Berlex is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

• Relaxation area with cinema room, games room
• Swim spa with jacuzzi on the terrace
• One bedroom with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds

First floor:

• Living area with lounge, kitchen and dining room

Second floor:

• 2 bedrooms with separable double beds (2*80), each with en-suite bathroom
• One dormitory with 3 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 6 in 90) and a sofa bed (in 160), with en-suite bathroom

Third floor:

• 2 bedrooms with separable double beds (2*90), each with en-suite bathroom
• One double bedroom with bed 160 (non-separable), plus a permanent baby cot, with en-suite bathroom
