At the heart of the Paradiski ski area, in the picturesque village of Arc 1600, is the Doronic chalet, offering a haven of peace with an exceptional panoramic view where Mont-Blanc sits majestically. This unique place invites you to relax with its wellness facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a Nordic bath.

In a contemporary spirit, in homage to the innovative architecture of Les Arcs, the Doronic chalet creates a warm and soothing atmosphere. Its spaces covered in light wood and natural shades highlight the grandiose panorama of Mont-Blanc, visible through large openings.

It offers 5 bedrooms, each with its adjoining bathroom. The spacious master bedroom, located on the top floor, also offers a small living room, a work space, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

The living space occupies the first floor, bringing together the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with its fireplace. The semi-detached chalet is ideal for holidays with family or friends, taking full advantage of its magnificent wellness area with outdoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna and Nordic bath, offering breathtaking mountain views.

Nestled in the hamlet of Courbaton, approximately 800 meters from the center of Arc 1600, the chalet allows ski-in/ski-out access (subject to snow conditions). The Paradiski slopes are within easy reach, offering 425km of interconnected slopes, merging the ski areas of La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs.

The chalet is composed as follows:

0 level:

• Sauna, Nordic bath, outdoor swimming pool
• Living space with open kitchen, dining area, TV lounge, fireplace, access to the garden
• A double bedroom with separable double bed en suite with shower room
• A child's bedroom with 2 bunk beds
• Ski room with boot dryer, laundry room, wine cellar

1 level:

• 2 double bedrooms each with a 180×200 double bed en suite with shower room

2 level:

• A master bedroom with a 180×200 double bed en suite with bathroom with bathtub and shower
