This renovated chalet offers proximity to the slopes and ski lifts 150 m away. Located in the hamlet of La Roche, you can access the chairlift directly in 5 minutes 30 to the top of the “Aime 2000” station which gives access to the entire La Plagne ski area and has many shops.

The ski school is located at “Aime 2000” at the foot of the ski lift finish.

The return to the chalet can be made via the blue slope or red slope which leads to the hamlet of La Roche, or by taking the chairlift on foot or on skis.

You will find a good restaurant and a ski shop in the hamlet of La Roche.

The chalet built on 3 levels has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.

The south-facing living room offers you a view of the snow-capped mountain. A 100% electric decorative fireplace provides a warm atmosphere.

Free public parking spaces can be found in front of the chalet.

0 level:

• Kitchen
• Living room with dining room, fireplace, TV
• Laundry room – Ski room with boot dryers and glove dryers
• A bedroom with a 160×200 double bed en suite with a small shower room

1 level:

• A bedroom with a 160×200 double bed, en suite with bathroom with bathtub
• A bedroom with a 160×200 double bed, en suite with shower room
• An independent bathroom with bathtub
• A child's bedroom with a 90×200 single bed under the attic

2 level:

• A bedroom with 3 single beds 90×190
• A separate shower room
• A bedroom with 2 single beds 90×200 (put together)

Level -1 is not accessible and will be renovated in summer 2025.
