Appartement Rosa 14 is located at the heart of the La Rosière resort – Espace San Bernardo, the Franco-Italian international ski area.
The apartment is set on level 3 of a brand-new residence built in contemporary chalet style where wood predominates. The owners, originally from the valley, have paid particular attention to the interior design of each home: bespoke furniture, modern equipment, spacious bedrooms, a large living area for gathering as a tribe, a functional kitchen, a dining corner for sharing fine meals.
You'll enjoy a sublime south-facing view over the whole Tarentaise valley.

An apartment close to the La Rosière slopes
The chalet is located 850 metres from the slopes and ski school. A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes to reach the slopes, with a shuttle stop 120 metres from the apartment.

Set at the heart of Haute-Tarentaise, south-facing on a balcony site at 1,850m altitude, La Rosière enjoys exceptional sunshine and a remarkable panorama. Wood, slate and stone shape the architectural landscape of this typically Savoyard resort. Linked with La Thuile in Italy, La Rosière is the only resort in the Northern Alps to offer an international ski area of 160km of pistes: Espace San Bernardo. Snow cover is guaranteed.

Access by road:
Motorway to Albertville / Expressway to Moûtiers / National road (RN 90) to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Then quick access to La Rosière via the departmental road (RD 1090) heading towards the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard and Italy. In winter, access to La Rosière is exclusively via Bourg-Saint-Maurice. NOTE: in winter, the Col du Petit Saint Bernard is closed to traffic!
