Appartement Rosa 14 is located at the heart of the La Rosière resort – Espace San Bernardo, the Franco-Italian international ski area.

The apartment is set on level 3 of a brand-new residence built in contemporary chalet style where wood predominates. The owners, originally from the valley, have paid particular attention to the interior design of each home: bespoke furniture, modern equipment, spacious bedrooms, a large living area for gathering as a tribe, a functional kitchen, a dining corner for sharing fine meals.

You’ll enjoy a sublime south-facing view over the whole Tarentaise valley.

An apartment close to the La Rosière slopes

The chalet is located 850 metres from the slopes and ski school. A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes to reach the slopes, with a shuttle stop 120 metres from the apartment.
