• One double (or twin) bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, separable into two single beds for more flexibility, large desk, carpet floor, south-facing,
• One dormitory bedroom with two pairs of bunk beds 90 x 200 (sleeps 4 – with possibility of adding 2 cot beds or an extra mattress), south-facing.
