Appartement Rosa 16 is located at the heart of the La Rosière resort – Espace San Bernardo, the Franco-Italian international ski area.

The apartment is set on level 2 of a brand-new residence built in contemporary chalet style where wood predominates. The owners, originally from the valley, have paid particular attention to the interior design of each home: bespoke furniture, modern equipment, spacious bedrooms, a large living area for gathering as a tribe, a functional kitchen, a dining corner for sharing fine meals.

You’ll enjoy a sublime south-facing view over the whole Tarentaise valley.

After a day on the ski slopes or in the fresh air, you’ll be able to unwind in the private jacuzzi on the terrace while admiring the mountain view, or relax in the sun-drenched lounge.

An apartment close to the La Rosière slopes

The chalet is located 850 metres from the slopes and ski school. A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes to reach the slopes, with a shuttle stop 120 metres from the apartment.
