This renovated chalet offers proximity to the slopes and lifts 150 m away. Located in the La Roche hamlet, you have direct chairlift access in 5 minutes 30 to the top of ‘Aime 2000’ resort which gives access to the entire La Plagne ski area and features many shops.

The ski school is at ‘Aime 2000’ at the foot of the lift arrival.

The return to the chalet can be by blue or red piste leading to the La Roche hamlet, or by taking the chairlift on foot or with skis.

You’ll find at the La Roche hamlet a good restaurant and a ski shop.

The chalet built over 3 levels comprises 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms and accommodates up to 12 guests.

The south-facing lounge offers views of the snow-covered mountain. A 100% electric decorative fireplace brings a warm atmosphere.

Free public parking spaces are located opposite the chalet.

• One children’s bedroom with single bed 90×200 under the eaves

Second floor:

• One bedroom with 3 single beds 90×190
• One independent shower room
• One bedroom with 2 single beds 90×200 (joinable)

Lower level -1 is not accessible and will be renovated in summer 2025.
