The San Bernardo chalet is located in the heart of the La Rosière – Espace San Bernardo resort, an international Franco-Italian ski area.
On 140 m2 on 3 levels, the 4-bedroom chalet offers all the space and comfort for a family or a group of friends of 10 people.

The San Bernardo chalet was built by its owners from La Rosière. It is tastefully decorated and has been designed in a very functional and spacious style.
The chalet benefits from maximum sunshine and breathtaking sunsets thanks to its south-facing exposure.

A chalet ideally located close to the slopes

The chalet is ideally located in the heart of Averne, 5 minutes from the start of the slopes (450m), the Galopins daycare and the ESF ski lessons in Les Eucherts-La Rosière.

The shops and the town center are within walking distance 800 m (10 min walk).

A chalet with spa

The chalet gives free access to a spa area with sauna and jacuzzi. The chalet with spa is ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
