With its 400 m² spread over two levels, it offers a rare reception capacity: up to 19 people (16 adults and 3 children), thanks to its 7 spacious, all equipped with their own private bathroom.

• A games room,
• 1 laundry room with private washing machine and dryer.

Level 1:

• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and 2 single beds (90 x 200) on the mezzanine, en suite with shower room, with terrace with garden furniture (view of Mont Blanc),
• 1 bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 and 1 child's bed (90 x 190) on the mezzanine, en suite with shower room. Terrace with garden furniture (Mont Blanc view). This room is suitable for people with reduced mobility,
