The Rosa 12 apartment is located in the heart of the La Rosière – Espace San Bernardo resort, an international Franco-Italian ski area.
The duplex apartment is located on level 0 of a very recent residence built in a contemporary chalet style where wood predominates. The owners from the valley have paid particular attention to the interior design of each accommodation: custom-designed furniture, modern equipment, spacious bedrooms, a large living space to get together as a group, a functional kitchen, a dining area to share good meals.
You enjoy a sublime view, facing south, over the entire Tarentaise valley.

An apartment near the Rosière slopes
The chalet is located 850 meters from the slopes and the ski school. A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes to reach the slopes, with a shuttle stop 120 meters from the apartment.

Located in the heart of the Haute-Tarentaise, facing south on a balcony site at an altitude of 1850 m, La Rosière benefits from sunshine and an exceptional panorama. Wood, slate and stone mark the architectural landscape of this typically Savoyard resort. Linked with La Thuile in Italy, La Rosière is the only resort in the Northern Alps to offer an international ski area with 160 km of slopes: the Espace San Bernardo. Snow cover is guaranteed.

Access by road:
Motorway to Albertville / Expressway to Moutiers / National road (RN 90) to Bourg Saint Maurice. Then quick access to La Rosière by the departmental road (RD 1090) towards the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard and Italy. In winter, access to La Rosière is exclusively via Bourg Saint Maurice. PLEASE NOTE: in winter the Col du Petit Saint Bernard is closed to traffic!
By train:
SNCF – Bourg Saint Maurice station (transfers available) TGV-Thalys-Eurostar
By plane:
